Capture the Wins 💡

You now have civilian experience on your resume. That’s huge.

When you’re updating your resume, focus on the projects you worked on, the tools you learned, and the wins you delivered.

Be specific about the value you added during your internship.

Numbers, results, and outcomes go a long way.

Let's look at some examples -

1) Sales Internship: “Supported B2B sales team by qualifying inbound leads and preparing custom client briefs, contributing to a 25% increase in pipeline conversions during the quarter.”

Before you leave your internship, get the data you need to create solid resume points.

This will help you show future employers you’ve already made the leap, and you’re ready for more.
